Do you feel overwhelmed reading labels and making choices at the store? I can help! Let's hit the isles together. From Portland to Salem (Oregon) and everywhere in-between, I'll join you in-person to help you navigate a shopping trip so you can feel confident about your choices. This offering is the perfect addition for my clients who are navigating dietary changes for any reason. If you're outside of my area but would still like some shopping help, a virtual shopping trip may be possible. Investing in your health: The minimum price for this offering is $50 which covers the first 30 minutes in the store. Each additional 15 minutes of shopping time will be an additional $15.
